For ensuring security in building entrances and exits, we collect data from visitors. We are obligated to record the identity information of our employees in accordance with labor and social security legislation. For evaluating job applications of prospective employees, we collect their identity information. Regarding suppliers, subcontractors, and individuals with whom we have similar business relationships, we collect data to fulfill commercial requirements, obligations, and any contractual commitments.

Source of Collection: Communication information is collected from job candidates, employees of our suppliers, authorized personnel of suppliers, job candidates, customers, the candidate application form on the website, participants in events such as fairs, exhibitions, visitors, contracts, and business connections.

Content: It includes data such as home and work addresses, mobile phone number, home phone number, postal address, and email address.

Purpose of Data Collection: We collect communication information to facilitate communication with customers, business connections, program guests, and participants in the context of the services we provide and our commercial activities in our industry. Source of Collection: We collect this data from employees, job candidates, customers, potential customers, visitors, and business connections.

Content: It includes Personal Data such as Employee Information (Information obtained from Supplier employees within the scope of Occupational Health and Safety), Physical Space Security Information (Closed-circuit camera recording images), Customer Transaction Information (Order Information, Payment history, etc.), and other data collected during events and organizations (phone, company worked, company address, title), as well as data collected in complaint and company communication processes.

Purpose of Data Collection: To ensure building security, control employee entrances and exits, conduct marketing and promotional activities, and fulfill commercial requirements, obligations, and any contractual commitments, we collect data from individuals with whom we have business relationships.

What is the Legal Basis for Collecting Your Data?

We process personal data based on legal reasons arising from our obligations in relevant legislation, contractual relationships, and our legitimate interests within the scope of the services we provide in our industry.

  • If there is no legally specified period for the retention of the processed data, the data is retained for the duration specified in the contract between us and you, and the data is deleted immediately and no later than 30 days after the end of this relationship or the expiration of the specified period in the contract – without requiring your request.
  • If there is no legally specified period for the retention of the data, and you request the deletion of the data, the data is deleted immediately and no later than 30 days after your request.
